What's The Difference?

We don't call our power strips "conditioners" because they don't rob your system of dynamics and add coloration the way most power conditioners do. Instead, our power distribution components, just like our power cords, unleash your sound to deliver the full frequency range, transient impact and dynamic contrast of the music you are playing, recording or listening to. Like our power cables, we took a "clean sheet" approach to designing power distribution components that will both compliment and extend our technology to devices that are hard-wired or have connections other than IEC C-13. Component chassis that transmit or exacerbate vibrations significantly compromise electrical performance.

Our power distribution components reflect an interdisciplinary engineering methodology to optimize the component for the environment it will be used. In other words, if you know your audio component will be used in environments with both airborne and structure borne vibrations, good engineering practice dictates attention to detail and comprehensive mechanical execution.

Form Follows Function...

The first thing you notice with our power distributors is the cylindrical body with fluted surface. This shape not only looks cool, it's purposeful because the cylindrical shape is strong and rigid. The outer flutes are matched with a smooth inner surface, resulting in constantly varying wall thickness, which gives the chassis self-damping properties. You may want a musical instrument to ring, but you want your electrical component chassis to be immune to distortion causing vibrations.

• Isolated Ground. Separated from the strap, the isolated ground will not come in contact with chassis ground.
• Bronze Line & Neutral Contacts. Electrical-grade bronze has 98% copper, brass only 60%. The result - more natural tonal balance and reduced distortions.
• Cryogenic Treatment to -300-Degrees F. Cryogenic processing permanently alters the grain structure. The result is lower resistance and reduced distortion.
